This little package has lots of jumping ability, has jumped to 3'3" during schooling and packs a 2'6" course easily.  He schools all Training Level dressage tests well and hacks out safely alone or in company. Houdi is very athletic and has solid lead changes which come easily to him with his balanced canter.  He has great manners, is easy to catch, stands patiently in crossties, behaves well for the farrier or vet, clips, loads the whole deal!  Houdini has the heart and the talent to excel in any discipline. **Update: June 07 Houdini recently competed at his first rated hunter show in Camden and won the Medium pony hunter Reserve Champion first time out placing 1st and 2nd in his jumping trips and 2nd in the hack,  he has also competed at Intro and Training level dressage with wins and scores in the mid to high 60's. ** New update Nov 07 Houdini competed in his first CT event at Beginner Novice 2'6' and placed 2nd. He also competed in a Field Hunter Test and placed 1st in his 2'6" division. ** Houdini also competed this year at Mullet Hall in the Low Hunter division in a class of 35 and being one of only 4 ponies in the class and placed 4th in his over fences trip!!!
